What we believe these criminals, and I don’t care if they are just kids in college who are bored or want to impress their frat bros; hey, it’s illegal to trespass or break into a property.  What these kids do is they buy special keys- most likely on web sites and they learn how to use these keys to open common locks found on most homes and apartments.

There is a bill being proposed to shut down these types of web sites, but hey we can still get detained in a plane on the tarmac for hours and hours against our will.  We’ll see it when we see it, but until then…protect yourself and your family.

Our clients call us and inform that their sons and/or daughters are wary and well, a little freaked out because someone got into their house unsuspecting and they don’t know how.  Word is on campus, it’s cool to bump locks!
